Requirements

1. Certificate in quantity surveying recognised by the Government from any local polytechnics or equivalent qualification; OR
2. Diploma in Quantity Surveying recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning  or equivalent qualification.
3. At least 3 years experience working in the related fields is required for this position.
4. Skillful in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
5. Good command of both speaking and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
6. Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
7. Mature, proactive and dynamic individual with ability to adapt to changes and must be able to work under pressure.
8. Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
9. Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.

 

All candidates must have obtained Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Responsibilities

• Preparation  of preliminary and cost estimates.
  
• Taking off quantities and measurement including preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  
• Preparation of Quotation Document and managing the calling for quotation process.
  
• Preparation of Tender and Contract Document.
• Assist in site valuation and preparation of Interim Payment Certificate and Final Account.
• Valuation of variation order works and preparation of variation order related documents.
• Assist the Quantity Surveyor on any Quantity Surveying related matters.
