JOB REQUIREMENTS
i. Possess Bachelor Degree in any field recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.ii. Experience in Human Resource/ Health Care and Residential Management/ Shariah Compliance/ Integrity Management is an advantage.
iii. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
iv. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing documents and verifying price quotations.
v. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
vi. Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
vii. Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of healthcare and accommodation rental regulations, - ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
viii. Leadership Ability: Competence in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven team environment.
ix. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare management software and tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
x. Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.
LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION
All candidates must have obtained:
i) Credit (at least C) for Bahasa Melayu and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government. .
ii) At least Band 4 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration & Management
1) Plan, coordinate, and implement administrative operations.
2) Manage office systems, policies, and procedures
3) Oversee documentation, records, and reportingHuman Resource Management
1) Handle staffing matters (recruitment, placement, appraisal).
2) Manage staff records, leave, and disciplinary processes
3) Support training and staff development programs
Finance & Procurement
1) Assist in budgeting and financial planning
2) Monitor expenditures and financial compliance
3) Manage procurement processes (quotations, tenders)
Coordination & Liaison
1) Coordinate between departments and external agencies (e.g., KPT)
2) Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up actions
Compliance & Governance
1) Ensure operations follow government regulations and procedures.
2) Support audits and quality assurance processes
