- Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognised institution by the Government from a local higher education institution or a recognised equivalent qualification.
- Possess at least five (5) years' working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge and skills in architectural will be an advantage.
- Resourceful, knowledge on civil engineering, operations and management skill.
- Good skill in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and AutoCad.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadline.
- Possess high level of integrity.
- Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
- Able to work independently in fast pace environment.
- Energetic and has good interpersonal skills.
- Applicant should be a Malaysian citizen.

- Manage the assigned projects, including conducting site visits to identify the detailed scope of works based on the end-user's requirements.
- Prepare details scope of work in a form of Bills of Quantities and cost estimate for the assigned projects.
- Conduct quotation briefing and site visit to contractors, evaluation quotation submission from contractors and preparation of proposal paper for recommendation of awards.
- Obtain Safety Permit to Work from OSHBE for the projects, including liaison with the contractor on the necessary documentation.
- Manage the assigned projects including conducting regular site inspections to supervise and monitor the project implementation in accordance with the approved work programme, time schedule, design, materials and specifications.
- Manage project meetings and prepare the necessary minutes of meeting for approval.
- Liaise with end-users and contractors to ensure effective coordination and communication.
- Facilitate the submission of material samples from the contractor for the approval of the Superintending Officer (S.O.)
- Conduct valuation for verification and recommendation of payment due to contractors for assigned projects.
- Report project status updates on regular basis.
- Monitor defects rectification work by contractors within the stipulated time period.
