Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in any field recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Human Resource/ Health Care and Residential Management/ Shariah Compliance/ Quality and Risk Management/ Store Management is an advantage. 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing documents and verifying price quotations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
•  Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of healthcare and accommodation rental regulations, - ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Leadership Ability: Competence in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven team environment.
•  Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare management software and tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained:

• Credit (at least C) for Bahasa Melayu and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.  
• At least Band 4 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
