Requirements

1.  Diploma from the Government from a local higher education institution or a recognized equivalent qualification, AND
   
2.  Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)  or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government 
   
3.  Be able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. 
   
4.  Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
   
5.  Mature, proactive and dynamic individual with ability to adapt to changes and must be able to work under pressure.
   
6.  Creative, versatile, meticulous and have an eye for details.
   
7.  Open minded, positive attitude and self-motivated.
   
8.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
   
9.  A team player who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Scope of Work

•  Developing, managing and reviewing academic programme curriculum,
  
•  Supporting quality teaching, and student learning experience,
  
•  Managing academic schedules and documentation,
  
•  Coordinating course offering and student registrations,
  
•  Handling resit/special/end-of-semester examinations and related activities,
  
•  Supporting recruitment of academics,
  
•  Facilitating resolution of student academic matters and academic staff issues,
  
•  Engaging in Kulliyyah’s strategic and budget plan related to academic,
  
•  Participating in enhancing the academic and general reputation of Kulliyyah,
  
•  Promoting, aiding and monitoring of MOU/MOA/SEA/LOI and collaborations, and
  
•  Facilitating scholar visits and meetings.
