Requirements

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
• Knowledge of Zakat, Waqf and Sadaqah matters is an advantage.
• Proficient in customer management.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Malay (knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage).
• Have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Familiarity with data management or archiving.
• Familiarity with IEF functions and activities is an advantage.
• Motivated and able to work effectively in a team.
• Capable of undertaking any other duties and job functions as assigned.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work extra hours.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, open-minded with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Applicants should be Malaysian a citizen.

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained Credits (at least C) for Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
