Requirements

• Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) in equivalent qualification recognised by the Goverment; OR
• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government AND Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) level 2/3 or equivalent qualification. 
• Minimum 6 months of working experiences
• Ability to inspire colleagues with your passion
• Flexibility, resilience and willingness to work long hours
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and written an verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in networking concept is an advantages
• Knowledgeable in various Operating System such as Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu, CentOS, RH Linux or others is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in security tools is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in various ICT peripherals is an advantage
• At least have basic knowledge and skills in Network, PC and Laptop troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen. 
  

 LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained Credits 

(at least C)

 in Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing in SASMEC@IIUM desktop computer and ICT peripherals
• Assisting in conducting event such as Video conferencing setup, videography and photography
• Assisting in managing the SASMEC@IIUM networking services
• Assisting in managing the SASMEC@IIUM service desk services
• Participating in training opportunities and initiatives at the institution 
• Staying current by exploring, test and evaluating new ICT tools and technology
