Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science (Physics) (Hons.) or any relevant field recognized by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
  
• Having Knowledge and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 will be advantages.
• Capable of operating and managing related scientific equipment and or experiment in support of teaching, learning and research activities.
• Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Electronic-Mail Functions. (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint, Gmail and Microsoft Live).
• Have high level of motivation, self-discipline, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
  
• Able to work in a team, multitask, flexible, committed and dedicated to work.
  
• Open minded and positive attitude.
• Possess high degree of integrity.
• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.

Note: Starting salary of RM 2,319.00 to RM 9,620.00 depending on work experience.
 

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained:

• Credits (at least C) in Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government and,
• At least Band 3 at Malaysian University English Test (MUET).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for laboratory operation for practical classes according to program and final year students. 
• To ensure all related materials, equipment, and instruments at the laboratory (Teaching and Learning or Research) are always available and ready, intact, and functional. 
• Accountable to plan and prepare the budgetary for the laboratories and to execute the plan.
• Always observe and ensure all the procedures and standard operating are practiced among staff and laboratory users.
• Control and manage risk at the laboratory. 
• To plan, manage and observe the practical class and to perform the safety and health briefing for the laboratory user.
• Ensure and enforce the quality standard according to ISO 2001: 2015, ISO 45011: 2015 and other standards or requirements at the laboratory.
• Plan and manage the development of the organisation on career enhancement and human resources.
• Manage and take appropriate action on audit findings and customer feedback or complaints.
• Ensure and update on the quality development of the organisation.
