Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Speech Science / Speech Pathology / Speech Language Pathology recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of English in communicating and writing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office systems, and of electronic databases and Websites.
• Good knowledge and interest of science related items/equipment, topics/issues, policies, procedures, operations, rules/acts, safety etc. would be an advantage.
• Good experiences in staff management, office/laboratory/clinical administration, procurement/purchasing procedures, office/laboratory safety, quality management systems etc. would be an advantage.
• Have high level of motivation, disciplined, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
• Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
• Clinical working experience is an added advantage.
• Is willing to travel and/or relocate.
• Possesses valid driving licence and own transport.
• Is able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Possess genuine interest in teaching and sharing of knowledge.
• Is proactive in updating/enriching self with latest speech knowledge/skills.
• Has strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens..

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

• Credits (at least C) in Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government and,
• At least Band 3 at Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
