Requirements

 (i) CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS AT LEAST A BACHELOR DEGREE IN THE FOLLOWING AREA:

•  Possess a recognised degree, BSc (Hons) in Physics, Applied Physics, or Industrial Physics.
•  Pleasant personality and able to communicate with young adults. 
•  Able to withstand pressure and work in a team environment.

Added advantages:

• Possess a MSc (Physics)
• Previous teaching experience
 

 (ii) LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

 

•    All candidates must have obtained credits in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level OR equivalent qualification recognised by the Government of Malaysia (Malaysian only).

•    Ability to teach in English (IIUM is an English medium university).
 

Note:  Shortlisted applicants who are currently employees of the Malaysian Government or Statutory Bodies in Malaysia will be required to submit the hard copy of applications through the respective Head of Department together with a confidential report and up-to-date service records.
