Requirements

 (i) CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS AT LEAST A BACHELOR DEGREE IN THE FOLLOWING AREA:
 

·    A Bachelor’s Degree in English Language Studies (TESL, linguistics, literature or communication) from any international or local higher learning institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia.      

•  A Double Degree/ Masters’ Degree in Arabic language studies/ Foreign languages/ Human Sciences will be an advantage.
•   Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above or equivalence.

 

  (ii) LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level OR equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. 

Note:  Shortlisted applicants who are currently employees of the Malaysian Government or Statutory Bodies in Malaysia will be required to submit the hard copy of applications through the respective Head of Department together with a confidential report and up-to-date service records.
